you can call they city to file a =
complaint and request code enforcement to go out there. But if there are =
no code violations then it is a private dispute and there is nothing we =
can do.

My Neighbour next door won=E2=80=99t clean up his =
property, we have dealt with it and cleaned up the stuff that comes =
across, I understand we all live differently and need to get =
along. 
Recently he is setting out food, =
plates of food, all around his home, in the driveway and back yard. This =
hs drawn in a lot of cats and they are pooping on the property line. He =
does not clean it up and the problem is growing. The Cyottess were so =
bad a couple weeks ago, I bought proximity sprinklers for my back yard =
as they kept craping on the lawn. That has solved that problem. We have =
asked him to clean it up, we asked him to stop leaving food out, he =
continues to do it. 
What can I do? The side of my house stink like cat poop and =
he has two full plates of food sitting in his driveway.
